Johnny Farnham came to Perth for Roland Ott under contract several times in his earlier career. Roland staged him at Local Perth and country WA. Venues, Concert and TV appearances. He road managed and staged Johnny in Geraldton, at the Pinjarra Race Course on the back of a flat semi trailer truck top and at the Balga Inn (Owen South, Mgr.), with overflowing Capacity. “He was a delight to work with. He traveled at that stage with his first Manager, Darryl Sambell and was backed by local WA. Bands and musicians that could read music. Even fairly young at that stage he was a super professional.
