Clancy's Fish Pub What is a fish pub. ? ? ? We think this is a very good question, and one we would like to be able to give you a good answer to. There will be great fish and chips, simple you may say, but hard to do properly when you're doing a couple of tonnes of fish and a similar amount of chips a week. We fillet our fresh fish daily, we pay a lot of attention to our oil, "clean oil, good chips" is their motto. The Show World Irish Pub Discoverer can all on the Clancy's Fish Pub if you wish to include a mean or just enjoy the drinks and entertainment. There will
be some interesting beer. Apart from a full range of mainstream beer,
including Guinness, Kilkenny, Stella, Redback, and the like we will be
offering Hoegaarden from Belgium, a couple of delicious, happy beers from
Little Creatures Brewery, and some offerings from small local breweries such
as Inchant, Bootleg and Nail. We will even be making some beer of our own.
