Operating
since 1992, when the complete brewery was transported from a medieval
village in Bavaria and re-erected in the Perth Hills by German Master
Brewer Horst Kempf. The Brewery uses a traditional method of brewing
according the standard of the German Law “Rheinheits Gebot”. This
purity edict was promulgated by William IV elector of Bavaria in 1516
and was designed to protect potential customers from beers made from
bizarre ingredients.
The
Last Drop Brewery is proud to adhere to this law to deliver the best
possible product. They only use the finest yeast imported from Weihen
Stephan University Yeast bank in Bavaria. This is propagated and
maintained by their brewer Jan Bruckner trained in Czechoslovakia.

Little
Creatures Brewery
It
seems very few people know about this great newly opened Brewery. Show World ® Party Buses and Show World ® Tours
have been calling on this establishment for some time now and always to
amazement by our patrons. It has THE GREAT HALL incorporating a bar and
restaurant area connected to the brewery allowing you to taste beer at its
freshest and most flavoursome.
More evidence than if it's not "live", it’s "going
off".
There are six 30HL maturation tanks in the bar doubling as serving
vessels, but only once our brewers determine the beer is ready. Three
beers are on tap at the brewery, Pale Ale, Amber Ale and Pilsner. Little
Creatures is a team of brewing veterans with many years of collective
experience across the planet. The group has designed a state-of-the-art
facility to produce a world-class version of what they consider to be the
ultimate beer style . . . the Pale Ale. The beer contains no additives or
preservatives.
But wait until you find out how it was constructed and where it came from!
Just
down from the bar is their huge wood-fired oven and char-grill serving up
simple, and delicious, food. Enjoy inside The Great Hall, or in the
open-air courtyard overlooking the harbour . . . that is if you overlook a
few character fishing boats nestled in the foreground.
